We very much appreciate the quick and professional work, and the very kind and helpful consideration, that we received from John at the Car Medic for a BIG problem we incurred after buying a used Toyota car that blew a head gasket after 3 weeks. Upon the disassembly of the engine it was found out that someone unprofessional had been inside the engine before and caused damage to the head bolt/engine block retainers. Instead of an expensive, and possibly long lead time repair kit fix, we opted to have him acquire a used engine replacement. He found one for us and installed it in quick fashion, using the quality NAPA parts. We are very happy with his work, and thankful to him for the great service he provided to us.
